Snow Mice

The three mouseketeers,
made of snow,
were a fun-loving trio--
and adorable too.

They graced the lawn
with their silly grins
and sparkled wetly
in the winter light.

They danced long
into the yuletide
and swept the young
off their feet.

As the weather turned,
they had extra happy tears
as they sank into themselves
into a pile of scarves.
